Terms of Service

• You need an account to buy and take a course. Give us accurate details and keep your sign-in secure.
• Accounts are for one person. Don't share your login or let others use your access.
• You should be 18 or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian's consent.

• A course purchase gives you lifetime personal access to that course: its video lectures, notes, demo code and quizzes, including lectures added to it later. Lifetime means for as long as the course is offered on TopEngineer.
• Some modules open on announced dates, shown on the course page. We may improve, update or reorder course content over time.
• If we later change how long new purchases last, access you have already bought is not shortened.
• Some lectures can be previewed without buying.

• Prices are shown on the course page in Indian rupees, and may change for future purchases.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. A purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Access is normally unlocked automatically right after payment, for the account with the email you paid with.

You can get a full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Course videos, notes, quizzes and other materials belong to us and are licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not:

• download, screen-record, copy or redistribute the videos or notes;
• share, resell or publish the course content, in whole or in part;
• use the content to build a competing course or product.

You may use and adapt the demo code in your own projects.

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break in, get around access controls, overload it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms; in serious cases, such as sharing content, without a refund.

The course is educational. We work hard to keep it accurate and useful, but we don't guarantee any particular result, such as a job or income. The site is provided as it is, and we can't promise it will always be available without interruption.

As far as the law allows, our total liability to you for anything related to the site or a course is limited to the amount you paid us for that course. We aren't liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits or data.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we'll tell you by email about significant changes. Purchases are governed by the terms in force when you paid.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Delhi.
